All prices are available upon request and are determined by your location, group size, and any special requirements.

When making your booking, you are required to pay a 30% deposit within three weeks. The remaining balance does not need to be paid until your stay. You are, of course, welcome to place a no-obligation option first; should other requests for the same week be received, you will be given priority.
Cancellation Policy
100% of the deposit or payment is refunded for cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival.
75% of the deposit or payment is refunded for cancellations made between 59 and 22 days prior to arrival.
50% of the deposit or payment is refunded for cancellations made between 21 and 11 days prior to arrival.
25% of the deposit or payment is refunded for cancellations made at least 10 days prior to arrival.
No refund is provided for cancellations made 10 days or less prior to arrival, or if the number of catered days is reduced due to circumstances.
